Tinnitus Cure - How I Cured My Tinnitus Once And For All In Just 6 Weeks!

Hi, my name’s Sarah Evans and I live in Birmingham, UK (yep, i’m a brummie).

I’ve setup this blog to help people that are suffering from the life destroying effects of tinnitus. I suffered from this debilitating constant ear ring for over 2 years until a friend of mine emailed me a guide that literally changed my life.

Click here to see the guide that helped me finally cure my Tinnitus

This is my tinnitus struggle story and how I finally cured it after 2 years… and there’s no reason you can’t do the same (I hope you find my story useful and even if I can help 1 person improve their life, that would make me extremely happy).

It was about 2 years ago when I first noticed the ringing in my ears. I’d been a bridesmaid at my friends wedding and it was a great day.

When I got home that night I was aware of a constant buzzing sound in my ears but simply put it down to the fact it had been a loud, hectic day.

I did’nt think anymore of it and thought it would go away after a good nights sleep. I was so shattered I knocked out to sleep pretty quickly.

However, the next day when I woke up it was still there and it hadn’t diminished in the slightest.

Being the type of person that hates going to the doctors so just I ignored the problem for a few months as it was only really a gentle ringing that would go away occasionally….but as time went by it became louder and louder and really, really annoying.

It was at this point that the constant ear ringing became unbearable and started having a really bad impact on my life. I would have difficulty concentrating and focusing on things and even harmless conversations with people became something I tried to avoid.

Over time I found myself saying “no” to more invitations from friends, avoiding social situations and on some days not even daring to leave my home.

It was seriously ruining my life. The problem is people around you do not know what you are going through, it’s a silent symptom.

I couldn’t bare it anymore so I decided to go and see my doctor. I explained the symptoms I was experiencing to him. I can still remember the words that he said, “Sarah, I believe you have Tinnitus.” He further explained to me that tinnitus was a permanent problem and that there was nothing I could do to cure it.

He advised me to look into solutions such as special hearing aids, masking cds etc which would make my tinnitus more bearable.

Click here to see the guide that helped me finally cure my Tinnitus

That same day I went home and started surfing the net, that’s when I found a story on the BBC website about how many tinnitus sufferers have thought of committing or have committed SUICIDE!

I was getting so seriously depressed and desperate at this time that I even considered surgery. I’m so grateful now that I didn’t due to the risks, but the only thing that stopped me at the time was lack of money.

So anyway, I pursued the idea of these masking cd’s my doctor had informed me of. I went ahead and bought a set from the Internet for about £70 and they arrived a few days later. I started listening to them right away and guess what? they actually worked…at first! They did seem to “mask” the noise and after using them for a few days, my tinnitus had appeared to reduce to a “bearable” level.

The problem came after a couple of weeks using the cd’s. I would listen to them as I did when they first arrived but they no longer seemed to have the same effect. It was as though I had become accustomed to the noise (which is apparently a very common problem.)

Over the next few months I purchased more sets of these cd’s (running into multiple £100’s) and the same thing happened again and again. I would become accustomed to the noise and, after wasting many hours of my time, find myself back where I started… with an unbearable “whooshing” noise in my ears that if anything, had appeared to get worse.

I started to attend tinnitus support groups which I found very supportive of me and my fellow tinnitus sufferers, but there was one major problem, the emphasis was on helping you to “cope” with your tinnitus, not on how to “cure tinnitus”. At the end of day, the only thing the group offered me was the feeling that I was not alone which was OK but not really the answer I wanted to hear.

I wanted an actual tinnitus cure but it was becoming pretty clear that anyone in the formal medical association did not have the answer.

This is when it dawned upon me that the only person that would help me improve my life was ME. I have so much faith in the power of our own bodies to heal themselves given the right conditions.

I remember the stories of how doctors discovered some kidney transplant patients whose damaged kidneys had not been removed (just disconnected), were amazed to find that the damaged kidneys regenerated.

Surely, if an organ as important as the kidney could regenerate why not something in relation to our hearing.

At this point I had spent the best part of 2 years with tinnitus. It had taken over my life, it was making me depressed and I had a feeling that things were only going to get worse if I didn’t find an answer soon.

For the next few weeks I spent night after night researching various tinnitus remedies, medicine and formulas. I read hundreds of articles and journals and experimented with everything that seemed perfectly viable.

I tried T-Gone which seemed to be one of the main medications for tinnitus. Their website seemed pretty convincing, so I gave them a shot. The formula I purchased from them consisted of two parts. The first part was supposed to be like a foundation layer to begin your tinnitus recovery and the second part was some sort of immune booster formula.

Like with some of the other tinnitus treatments I had tried, it worked at first but soon the effect began to wear off and I found myself back where I was, and in this case out of pocket by a couple of hundred quid.

The Day That Changed My Life

I was seriously demoralised at this time and seriously thinking there was no way out. I received an email that morning from a friend of mine called Jane.

She had forwarded me an article written by a medical researcher and health consultant called Thomas Coleman. He had naturally healed himself and thousands of men and women around the world of tinnitus.

I read the email and visited his website where there were many testimonials from people that had cured themselves of tinnitus following his guide.

I was very skeptical about trying it out after the endless amount of failure I had endured, but after reading some great reviews and testimonials, I decided to give it a go (I had nothing to lose). Lets just say that he offered a money back guarantee which made me think that he must believe in his product, and if it doesn’t work for me i’ll get a full refund (I couldn’t lose).

The great thing about his program in comparison to everything else I had tried was that it emphasised more on general health instead of just focusing on my ears. I think that is what made the difference as I learned that tinnitus is more of a “whole body” problem.

This is the only program I followed that gave me unbelievable results. After just 6 weeks of following the advice in the program I managed to completely cure myself of my tinnitus symptoms.

The only thing that I regret is not discovering the product years ago. That is one of the main reasons I am so dedicated to this blog here, because I know how you feel and how difficult it is to find any positive information.

Obviously everyone is different and different people will experience different results but all I did was follow the advice step-by-step and it didn’t involve me using any more pills or other medication which is a great bonus.

Simply put: more tinnitus sufferers need to know about this guide.

Click here to see the guide that helped me finally cure my Tinnitus

Anyway, thank you so much for visiting my blog and I hope my success story inspires you to overcome your tinnitus too.

My quality of life has more or less returned to the good old days before I had tinnitus, but this time I appreciate it a whole lot more.

I wish you all the best and pray that you experience the same results as me. My only advice don’t delay as every day is precious and life’s too short to be living an unfulfilling life.

Thank you for visiting.

Luv

Tinnitus Remedies - How Home Remedies Can Help Give You Relief From Your Ringing Ears.

Tinnitus is any type of noise that originates from within the ear instead of from the environment the person is in. The noise can be in just one ear, or it can be in both ears.

Besides the various noises a person who suffers from tinnitus may, also, experience headaches, a feeling of fullness within the ear, pain within the ear and dizziness.

Here are some of the best home remedies tinnitus.

Many people have testified to the benefit of what is called the drumming effect. The person can do this himself by covering the ears with the ringing sounds with the palms of his hands. The fingers should be pointing toward the back of the head near the base of the scull. Place the middle finger on top of the pointer finger and snap it off. Do this between forty to fifty times. You can repeat it as often as necessary during the day.

According to many tinnitus sufferers, they noticed an immediate difference in the intensity of the sounds they were hearing and that the sounds were actually quieter. Some of them testify that the noise disappeared completely after the second time they did the drumming. Others said they could live with the different intensity of the sounds.

Oftentimes, tinnitus sufferers find that it is impossible to sleep at night. Tune an FM radio to static in between two stations. Set it on your bed stand, and turn it up just enough that it is barely audible.

Others have noticed that when they are in the shower and the water is running, they can not hear the tinnitus noises. Make a long playing recording of a shower running. Play it softly beside your bed when you have difficulty going to sleep.

Doctors have found that nearly any sound that is on the same frequency as the tinnitus noises will help mask the sounds enough that you can sleep. Experiment with some of the best home remedies tinnitus until you find one that works for you. You will be glad you did when you can control the tinnitus sounds.
The Causes Of Tinnitus And How To Cure Yourself From Home.

There are quite a few causes of tinnitus as there are several manifestations that trigger the ringing of the ears. There are times when stress becomes the main culprit in the entire catastrophe that you may seem to experience right now.

Some medications are also to blame as one of the causes of Tinnitus although they are not chronic in nature, meaning you do not have to have it forever. Also bear in mind that this is a symptom, so there is definitely an underlying trouble hovering behind it.

Here are some of the causes of Tinnitus that are usually adding to the buzzing of your ears:

1) Subjective

Have you ever wondered why it is subjective? This nature is often taking place in your mind or you are making it happen due to your wrongdoing. Example is exposing your self to loud blaring noises, which you can control but simply ignore. The usual people who suffer from subjective hearing loss due to Tinnitus are those who work as construction workers and use jackhammers with or without protective gadgets such as earplugs.

You could also decrease your normal hearing levels if you belong to the music industry. If you are working in events wherein your client is a well known rock star, you will be engaged in decibel levels way beyond your ears could fathom, so at the end of the day, you head home with a thump-ka-thump, ding-dong-bam ringing in your ears.

The ringing and buzzing sound can also come via an external ear infection, an acoustic shock that happened during your sound check process and you accidentally set the volume to ultra high volumes.

2) Objective

Objective Tinnitus happens when your doctor could hear or believes he has heard a noise coming from your ears. The usual cases are muscle spasms known as pulsatile tinnitus. This is all about an altered flow of blood. There are cases when the “oh it’s just nothing” mentality that most patients have when they begin to feel something unexplainable is happening to them, can actually be a life-threatening disease.
